I accept payment via credit card, Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) and Health Savings Accounts (HSA). Clients agree to keep a card on file with me that is automatically charged through the Client Portal following each appointment.

I am not in-network with any insurance, and do not accept insurance.  Insurance companies impose requirements on therapy including the submission of specific diagnoses and detailed disclosure about your treatment process.  These requirements limit the type of work we do, the frequency of your sessions, and the level of privacy you receive. By remaining out of network, I am able to provide care that is flexible, private and individualized for you.

If you know you will need to miss an appointment, please contact me as soon as possible. Knowing about cancellations early allows me to offer that appointment to someone else who might be waiting. Failure to attend an appointment or canceling with less than with less than 24 hour's notice will result in being charged the full session fee. I understand that emergencies and unexpected illness can occur, so I may make exceptions on an individual basis.
